I have worked in financial services for over twenty years, primarily in the insolvency sector. I have managed a variety of departments and teams ranging from six to around sixty. From 2008 to 2013 I was the director of a small to medium sized commercial debt management company. In 2014 I decided to branch out on my own having identified a gap in the market for compliant training programs for FCA & PRU regulated companies. Effortless consultancy services also offered bespoke advice for FCA detailed rules such as CONC, COND, SYSC, PRIN, CASS within the financial services sector. Post 2017 I have opened spencer carroll insolvency ltd. An insolvency company regulated by the ICAEW offering IVAS to indebted consumers looking for sound, ethical, compliant advice. We are currently applying for full FCA authorisation.
