Developing the Processing team and safe operating systems to transition the Mercunda wet concentrator plant from commissioning to steady state production of Heavy Mineral Concentrate.

Safe management of Copper Leach, Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning Plants; Process Effluent Treatment Plant; Sewage Effluent Facility; Electric Arc Furnace Dust Washing Plant; Ion Exchange and Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plants.

Closure planning and operational advisory services for mining and heavy industry.

Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of mine rehabilitation programs, risk assessments and completion criteria: providing certainty that risk mitigation strategies and systems are effective for closure, successfully relinquishing mine leases to the South Australian Government.

Provision of technical support for the closure of the Flinders' business, particularly in relation to risk management, compliance and development of the Leigh Creek Coalfields Closure Plan; management of technical studies, and specialist external consultants.

Responsible for the safe supply of coal within quantity and quality targets, development and implementation of safety and productivity improvements, and managing life of mine planning.

Accountable for the provision of quality services to customers both nationally and internationally. Responsible for the safety, business performance and development of the Services teams; Metallurgy Laboratory, Assay Laboratory, Spares and After Sales, Detox, and Technical Support.

Responsible for the establishment and performance of the Mindarie Zircon Mine, from the commissioning phase through to the operational phase, ensuring cohesion of the top management roles through effective leadership, developing and maintaining the culture and company values of the Mindarie Zircon Mine, and ensuring all legal statutory requirements were met.

Responsible for the development, manning and operation of the metallurgical domain of the new mine, optimizing plant performance, mineral grade and recovery, providing technical and mentoring support to operations staff and promoting safety awareness by actively supporting safety initiatives.

Responsible for the development and achievement of production, quality and cost budgets and targets, performance management of personnel, and the development of operational capability for the transition to Project Magnet.
