Upgraded services to latest patch level of Oracle software including Java and Essbase. Setup Microsoft LDAP security link on production, UAT and dev servers to use Microsoft AD groups for provisioning of Hyperion Application access for Essbase and HFM. Setup nightly and weekly backups of Hyperion applications for Planning, HFM, Reporting, and FDMEE using PowerShell scripting and setup nightly and weekly backups of Oracle Cloud applications for Planning using EPMAutomate and PowerShell scripting.

Trouble shoot scheduling and abort issues with UC4 Automic scheduler. Installed Sakai External Tool for VoiceThread to interact with video assignments into the Gradebook application. Used MSSQL to detect classes taken by students and update a new database to be used for new certifications developed at Wake Forest University.

Upgraded existing Hyperion 7 systems and applications to Hyperion 9.3.1 for 3 environments. Trained personnel in utilizing new client tools for analyzing and reporting Hyperion applications. Automated load and build process for Hyperion applications using MS SQL Server.

Supported 15 POS (Point of Sale), 3 Flash (Daily Sales and Orders), 2 Weekly Shipment, 4 Financial Sales, 1 MAPS (Marketing and Promotional Spending), and 1 Inventory Essbase cubes on 3 different platforms. Responsible for Hyperion Software upgrades for 25 Windows Servers, including five 64bit Itanium servers. Developed and implemented Informatica ETL extracts from AS400 to text files for loading into Essbase.
