I worked as a Customer Service specialist for maritime, air, and land import operations, and I also have experience coordinating maritime and air export shipments. I specialize in handling a high volume of operations and complex cargo, including oversized shipments, Break Bulk, Ro-Ro, locomotives, and more.

I worked as a Customer Service 360°, providing comprehensive client support and coordinating the logistics of air and sea import shipments. My responsibilities included preparing and reviewing cargo documentation, recording operations in KHAI’s internal system, and managing documentation with shipping lines and coloaders. Additionally, I handled declarations in the SIDEMAR system, processed insurance requests, and coordinated the billing process.

In the Internal Tax area, specifically within the Processing Division, I coordinated and issued notifications of penalties to both regular and special taxpayers. I was also responsible for registering taxpayers' primary residences, leading a team focused on achieving the goals set by management. Later, in the Special Taxpayers Department, within the Audit Division, I held the position of Administrative Assistant.

Development of procedures for the nationalization of imported goods, with responsibility for declaring in the Sidunea World system and ++, valuing the merchandise, HS code classification, invoicing, and monitoring the various processes involved in the clearance and delivery of shipments.
