Manage the global software development teams (20+ppl) located in Macau, HK and Manila responsible for software development, system customizations and 2nd or 3rd level operation support of critical enterprise systems including BSB, CRM, Enterprise Datawarehouse/BI, Corporate Intranet (Sharepoint), Public Websites and other in-house developed applications across multiple properties under different regions; Perform technical evaluation and assessment on business initiatives and recommend the technical solution with cost/effort estimation; Oversee and manage the development projects to assure they are successfully implemented within the budget, timeline with quality, escalates issues for appropriate and adheres to project management methodologies;
