* Managed and taught, together with a co-teacher, a class of 6 to 8 teenagers with Autism (Moderate to low functioning). * Provided successfully intervention for students with challenging behaviour. * Conceptualised, and set up, the teacher resource library and the book library. * Managed, as Head of Resources, a team of teachers for the teacher resource library and book library, in the school. * Started, carried out and completed a Mediational Intervention for Sensitising Caregivers (MISC) study project in May 2011. * Worked and liaised with volunteers in setting up the teacher resource library system and book library system. * Worked as a member of the s Parent support group (PSG) committee for SAAC. * Planned, together with the PSG committee, a family outing for parents with their child with Autism to Pulai Springs, JB, in May 2011.

It was a blended course with discussion forums. Assignments & examination-based after each module. The students were from Asean: Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Singapore. It was a good time of learning and bonding with fellow classmates and we are still in touch with each other via Facebook.
