Process applications in Taleo system, conduct interviews throughout the region, participate in hiring events and job fairs, and maintain job postings and HR signage in each location. Work closely with Store/Facility Directors and Management Staff to determine store needs along with training In-Store Interviewers. Also conduct weekly New Hire Orientations, conduct assessments and coach participants for Career Development Center.

Conduct initial phases of employment application reviews, including phone screens, setting up interviews, checking references, and entering paper applications into the Vangent Solutions and Taleo system. Lead corporate recruiting and job postings via LinkedIn, run monthly turnover reports for all 28 locations, process and fill uniform orders for all stores, and assist with weekly New Hire Orientations. Also perform tasks for other management personnel and training department along with backfilling HR Assistant position as needed.
