- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling and on-trend designs for our brand's marketing materials, including digital campaigns, social media assets, email newsletters, print collateral, packaging, and other promotional materials. - Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our brand's aesthetic and translate it into engaging and eye-catching graphics that resonate with our target audience. - Assist with the creation and development of seasonal campaigns, helping to shape the visual identity and storytelling of our brand. - Conduct research on current fashion trends, competitor designs, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. - Support the production of graphic assets, including editing and retouching images as needed. - Maintain an organized archive of digital assets, ensuring easy access for the design team and efficient workflow. - Stay updated on design software and techniques to continuously improve my skills and contribute cutting-edge design solutions.

• Assist the senior buyer in examining market trends and analyzing sales data to identify new product opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules • Assist in the creation of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders • Monitor delivery and stock levels to ensure on-time delivery and minimize inventory holding costs • Work closely with other departments such as merchandising, marketing, and sales to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations • Participate in buying meetings and make recommendations based on market trends and sales performance • Provide administrative support to buyers, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping

* Prepare sales tools and customer catalogue to assist with go to client presentations * Meeting assigned clients regularly – and ensuring clients needs are being met. * Provide realistic plans and forecasts for customer events. * Organised and conducted customer sell-in meetings, with the ability to clearly communicate guided assortments; seasonal focus functions. * Complete weekly invoices and ensure the timely delivery of secured bookings. * Support negotiation and enforcement of The Emerson terms. * Confidently run reports and analyse data using Microsoft Office programs. * Monitor and report on customers activities and propose/initiate/take actions. * Coordinating with venue management, caterers, contractors and equipment hire; coordinating staff requirements and staff briefings. * Ensure customer compliance with agreements. * Preparing gifted PR and information packs alongside marketing and PR to promote ongoing relationships with clients * Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the customer’s experience with The Emerson are handled in a prompt and positive manner.
