Orangetheory Fitness is a one-hour total body workout that is half strength and power and half endurance, and we include variety and challenges. Everyone wears a heart rate monitor, and we will train you in five heart rate zones. All of your results will show up in real time on large monitors inside the studio and there will be a professional fitness coach to ensure that you do not over-train or under-train specifically for your goals.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist I acted as a business partner and advocate for the business units and the HR team in regards to all facets of talent acquisition activities, from identification of hiring need to new hire on-boarding. My number one priority was to ensure that a strong pool of well-qualified candidates was maintained for all jobs; especially field sales and technical positions. In addition, I assisted with setting the talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on social media, job posting optimization, college recruiting and targeted recruitment programs.

As a Recruiting Specialist at Farmers I Implemented all active and passive recruiting systems developed by the office director and sales management team to attract and retain new agents. I performed full life-cycle recruiting duties including candidate sourcing, phone screens, interviews, assessments, background checks, and facilitating the licensure process. I worked with the candidates through the entire on-boarding process and developed long term relationships with them while working with my recruiting team to achieve our strategic hiring goals.

As a Recruiting Specialist at Hilti I partner with and provide recruitment related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti line management. I work with business and human resource partners to identify staffing needs and develop and implement a strategy to fill each open position. After sourcing and screening candidates, I make recommendations to the line managers and coordinate interviews as I guide candidates and managers through the recruting process.
