Hi, I'm Kelsey! I'll be graduating in the fall and I'm looking for a job I would really enjoy. I enjoy accounting. Its somewhat geeky but I got really excited in one of my early classes when they showed us the double entry system and credits and debits. From that point on I knew I was in the right place. A bit about me- Fairly often my boss says I'm a mind reader. I'll be starting on things before he even asks, I'm able to anticipate what my co-workers will need and I can assess where we are at, what needs to happen next and what's a priority. I enjoy getting to know a process inside and out and then looking at how to make it more efficient. I'm a bit on the soft spoken side but that doesn't mean I shy away from working on a team. At BSU group work is frequently assigned. I feel very comfortable being the first one to break the ice and start generate ideas. One of the take a ways my time in the art department is to generate a lot of ideas when solving a problem. We usually had to have 15 to 20 ideas for subject matter in the initial stage alone.

I supervise the weekend shifts. I coordinate work flow to better serve customers quickly and courteously. The key to speed isn't necessarily moving faster but eliminating inefficient movements or steps and being prepared. That is one of the reasons I enjoy training the new hires. I know from my experience practicing karate that they just need someone who is patient enough to let them get the practice they need.
