- Lead 15 direct report IT Project Managers, and a team of 130+ professionals, including Solution Architects, Application Engineers, and Software Developers supporting seven (7) Federal Government Task Orders for the National Security & Civilian Division.

- Serve as the Global Software Tools Expert Business Lead focused on the design, development, and implementation of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) within the Commercial Operations Program Management & Governance organization to manage daily service delivery by more than 4,000 bioscience field service engineers. - Responsibilities include partnering with the global stakeholders, PMO, and IT to provide business requirements, executive-level presentations, and other communication regarding current project status, escalation issues, software enhancements, and roadmap of product solution delivery. - Recognized as the global business product owner expert for Service Contact Centers' (SCC) customer operations scheduling program software applications, as well as serve as liaison with executive leadership and stakeholders across all global organizations including Commerical Operations, IT, and others for the global software tools. - Utilize business and technical acumen to fulfill the role as an expert liaison between Global Program and Governance and IT to facilitate both business and technical discussions focused on global and organizational software tool requirements.

- Served as a customer-facing Project Manager to onboard Fortune 500 companies and other of the world’s largest shippers as a new customer to Green Mountain to utilize big data to optimize parcel spend management and strategic planning for multi-mode transportation solutions. - Responsibilities include being the single point-of-contact to external customers during their new customer implementation. This includes interfacing with supply chain and transportation VP and Director-level executives, as well as Finance and AP management. - Establish and maintain customer implementation timeline; develop project schedule; distribute weekly project tracker document to internal stakeholders and customer executives; conduct multiple customer-facing and internal meetings per week to discuss current status, risks, roadblocks, action plans, and next steps. - Hold daily stand-up meetings with internal teams across multiple departments including Solutions Engineers, Strategic Engineers, Solutions Manager, Solutions and Operations Directors, and Operations Analysts. - Utilize multiple software tools including Confluence, Jira, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL Server, and others.

- Provided IT leadership for matrixed teams of up to 35 professionals for the highest visibility and most capital- intensive efforts within the Application Development organization. These include efforts within the Business Units of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM); Business Intelligence (BI)/Analytics and EDW; Supply Chain Management (SCM); and others. - Responsible for organizing and maintaining status updates for program strategies, schedules, financial tracking, project deliverables, risk mitigation and escalation, and other ad-hoc requests by executive management. - Served in the management-level position of IT Business Liaison for five Global Business Units: Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Biologics, and Web Services – including Web application architecture. - Responsibilities included working with C-level executives within IT and the business for defining product strategy and roadmaps; program management of entire portfolio of each business unit’s projects; budgeting and forecasting for all IT capital and expense requests; project charters; and funding justification documentation - Advised and provided guidance to Project Managers and Business Analysts for all projects within each of the five business units to oversee project progress from inception through development, testing, configuration, and release management, production implementation and support. - Fulfilled IT Product Ownership duties for all products within each business unit, including Oracle On-Demand CRM; Medical Education Event Management System; and eMedia Portal for physicians, hospitals, and patients.

- Promoted 5 times within 14 years in FedEx's enterprise IT organization - Chosen by executive management as Principal Project Manager of a top 5 CIO-mandated strategic project consisting of a cross-functional team of 35+ technical contributors representing 4 VP and 6+ Director’s areas and $5M individual project budget. This successful initiative implemented end-to-end hardware, software, and processes for a proof of concept to establish technical solutions to maintaining an enterprise-wide methodology for a consistent technical environment, beginning at the application development phase of the lifecycle through the user acceptance testing and deployment into the corporate production data center. - Served as IT Enterprise Architect to design complex end-to-end computing systems based on business and technical requirements. This responsibility entailed serving as the primary liaison between application development organizations and the various Technology Focus Areas, which were comprised of both hardware and software for user applications, network, infrastructure, and other technical components etc. - Managed all aspects of ensuring integrity of the user requirements; developing the system design and architecture; analyzing technical feasibility; compiling financial cost estimates; and meeting all operational support standards within the production data center environment.

Position requirement: US Secret Security Clearance - Promoted two times in 18 months - Responsible for oversight committee and authoritative source to all 6 teams (60+ individuals) to ensure organizational standards are met for all deliverables to external systems (e.g. business process models, functional process data tools, and Functional Requirements documents for new or enhanced systems, including adherence to the DoD Architecture Frameworks (DODAF). - Served as Project Lead for functional requirements gathering and compilation of the Functional Requirements Document (FRD) for the development of the Navy-wide Authoritative Data Environment (ADE) initiative. Responsible for technical writing of documents following the DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF). - Team member for providing oversight of the creation of 500+ pay, personnel, and promotion, process models (utilizing BPMN) - In addition to designing the business process models, a Functional Data Tool was developed in association with each business model that identified all system/technical functional fields within legacy systems that are used for these transactions. This included 40+ legacy systems that crosses all branches of the military and DoD. - Facilitated working sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and stakeholders located within various departments on the Millington Navy Base, as well as gained expertise from additional Navy bases or US government areas of key knowledge.

- Designed complex end-to-end systems for all corporate business units, based on business and technical requirements. - Served in an advisory role for IT technical standardization and data center consolidation through the acquisitions of FedEx Freight, FedEx Ground, FedEx Kinkos, and FedEx Custom Critical. This included analysis of technical feasibility as well as the development and documentation of associated processes.

- Designated to be the primary liason between the application development organizations and the various Technology Focus Areas (server hardware, middleware, system software, network, database, etc.). - Developed design documents for technical architecture, as well as provided all budgeting and cost estimates for multiple, simultaneous projects. Individual project budget of up to $10M+ each.

- Reviewed all IT capital requests and chaired weekly design review meetings with 25+ executive-level stakeholders to validate system design, performance, and adherence to corporate data center standards. Provided necessary technical and financial recommendations to requesting business units prior to approval of funds.

- Developed system design and architecture for optimal system performance; analyzing technical feasibility; providing financial estimates; and meeting all operational support standards for deployment of systems and applications within the corporate production data center.
