Scope of work & accomplishments - Compensation planning, analysis and implementation to ensure alignment with market and pay equity - Staff cost budgeting, forecast and planning for all lines of business (including overseas) to drive the group strategic plans - Conduct job sizing and market benchmarking for internal and newer roles using Mercer IPE - Underwent M&A due diligence, organizational planning and post merger integration planning and execution to harmonize compensation & benefits for both parties, and ensure smooth onboarding - Review, execute and evaluate employee benefit packages such as annual insurance program renewals and market benchmarking - Drive all touch points of Constellar's Performance Management cycle and successfully implemented a new PM culture through change management and implementation of a new digital PM system - Involve in annual salary review and bonus cycle with senior management - Successfully led in the end-to-end project in changing of HRMS systems - Manage and lead anything related to HRMS (employee master, GL setup, claim module, leave module, dashboards etc - Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll for Singapore, India, Indonesia and Malaysia, which includes reporting (GL, Reconciliation, headcount trend etc), and ensuring statutory and income tax compliance - Represent and manage all HR-related internal and external audits to ensure policies and procedures are compliant - Review HR processes and policies for local and regional offices (e.g. employee handbook, SOPs) - Represent HR in industrial relation matters such as CA negotiations - Manage external stakeholders and their requirements such as MOM surveys, work passes, tax clearance etc. - HR operations: Employee movements (transfers, resignations, promotions, secondment etc.), retitling & re-org exercises, grievance and disciplinary handling, work improvement plans
