As a HR Business Partner at LV=: Acts as a consultant to the General Insurance business leadership teams on all people related issues. Works in partnership with the management teams to determine the key HR Priorities for each business area's strategy and agree on how these can be most effectively delivered. Acting as a coach to business leaders on how to engage employees to build people capabilities effectively. Actively supporting and guiding leadership teams in raising the performance bar, to build a strong and rigorous development culture.

Responsible for managing the day to day recruitment activities for the strategic support units and supporting the Executive and senior managers on strategic initiatives. Areas supported include finance, actuarial, HR, risk and IT including project management. Leading a dedicated team in delivering innovative solutions to support a direct sourcing methodology and build a strong employer brand.
