As an Analytics Partner, I manage data analysis efforts with varying leadership responsibilities including up to 30 indirect offshore resources, one direct report, and contractors. Some of my key contributions include:  Coordinated project activities across four user groups to implement and adopt enhanced Workers Compensation predictive pricing model covering $130M in annual premiums.  Oversaw a multi-year, cross-functional strategic project to produce a monthly consolidated view of Sold to Technical metric for $430M annually across six lines of business and four source systems.  Engineered data and analytics work stream transferring $200M internal portfolio to an external Managing General Agent (MGA) including pricing model implementation, reporting modifications, managing deliveries, and supporting efforts.  Created and managed a comprehensive budget including contracting and payment of for vendor purchases and cost controls such as identifying and correcting of incorrectly coded expenses.

As a Performance Management & Reporting Lead, I directed efforts to measure performance metrics and produce meaningful reporting for commercial lines and operations providing critical weekly and monthly support to execute 22K annual quote applications. Some of my key contributions include:  Managed a team of 10 offshore resources in the production of 200+ deliveries within service level agreement (SLA) and strategic monthly communication plan by setting performance expectations and coaching to develop skills.  Delivered quality assurance (QA) reports for presentation to customer by gathering requirements, prioritizing requests, and following project life-cycle procedures such as creating project documentation, resource plans, delegation, and approval.

As a Senior IT Demand Analyst, I played a key role in coordinating project resources enterprise wide. Some of my key contributions include:  Conducted analysis of project demand for 45 internal and external Project Management Office (PMO) resources using enterprise data and manual resource forecasting to support 15 annual strategic projects.  Established a new monthly process to facilitate project demand discussions with Enterprise Project Governance Resource Managers and Project Managers.

As a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, I spearheaded the coordination and prioritization of outputs for $330M in policies annually supporting a team of 30 internal and external offshore resources. Some of my key contributions include:  Coordinated and prioritized outputs to produce monthly PAS releases with up to 40 prioritized data and system enhancements at a time in partnership with business partners to ensure strategic goals were met.  Conducted analysis of project demand for 45 internal and external Project Management Office (PMO) resources using enterprise data and manual resource forecasting to support 15 annual strategic projects.  Created and managed an implementation process for developers of UI, underlying data structure, and data design for a new Renters product.

As a Senior Business Analyst, I led business analyst and quality assurance activities for FlexBiz, a proprietary BOP product, and new agent facing system across 35 states including implementation, project management, defect prioritization for IT developers, training and production support, vendor management, and mentoring. Some of my key contributions include:  Implemented internal and external facing system by rating algorithm programming, user interfaces, forms and rating worksheet outputs, workflow integration, conversion of two existing products to new FlexBiz, agency notification, and reporting.  Facilitated production support and training for AQS policy administration system to rate five lines of business across 28 states and conducted training sessions in 11 branch offices resulting in system processing $100M of issued policies annually.

As a Commercial Lines Business Specialist I analyzed business needs for Commercial Lines, elicited and documented requirements from stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and facilitated project meetings. Some of my key contributions include:  Designed and executed system testing to support implementations  Developed and updated training resources for AQS (PAS) implementations  Providing second level field support for product questions and system issues

As a Commercial Lines Underwriting Processing Specialist (Operations), I processed a mix of renewals and quotes each day as well as amending policies per underwriter instruction. Some of my key contributions include:  Maintained a knowledge of insurance coverages included in each policy type  Met rush SLA's to exceed deadlines for critical accounts

As part of the Financial Services Help Desk, I assisted with the daily operations of the Financial Service Department, handled escalated customer calls and collected funds on past due major and government accounts.
