 Working as a Security Manager for LAD.  Daily Briefing and debriefing of all the Team Leads / supervisors / security team for any change or update.  Interprets security laws regulations and contract requirements; directs subordinates in enforcing compliance; and maintains relationships with law enforcement regulatory agencies and other issuers of security requirements  Responsible to implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms.  Responsible to lead and manage the security function on the site to ensure that life and property / Art Facts are protected and all contractual requirements are met in a safe, secure and ethical manner, consistent with the LAD brand.  Ensure that security operations are conducted in accordance with company standards, UAE law and international museum best practices.  Responsible for duty rotation for all the security staff as per operational requirements.  Responsible to implement all the Circulars and orders / Instructions Verbal / written from LAD Management regarding safety and security.  Making sure that required manpower is available and present on duty every day.  Interviewing and selecting the supervisor / security team with client authorization.  Coordinating with the Security Guard Company to make sure security manpower is provided every day and on Events as well.  Manage all aspects of manned guarding/protection operations, including contractors / sub-contractors.  Responsible and make sure for safety & security of all the VIP visits and events.  Ensure security reports are provided to the client in accordance with the contract.  Represent the department at appropriate security meetings/forums.  Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.  Being as a part of the Pre-opening team was responsible for the coordination between contractors, consultants and other agencies, and exclusive point of contact for the security requirements.

 Worked as a QHSE and Training Manager for all aspects of the company.  Responsible for Security & QHSE, Recruitments & Trainings.  Restructured and Reorganized the Training Centre, responsible for all the aspects regarding training.  Responsible for security & safety on job trainings & Special trainings(Health and safety, Fire Prevention and Fighting, Evacuation planning, Bomb Threat, Events training, Customer Service, Incident & Accidents handling and many others)  Responsible to draft / upgrade all the Job Descriptions and polices pertaining to security & safety for all the clients as required.  Responsible and managed the process to obtain IMS certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and its meticulous Implementation.  Managed MANARAT AL SAADIYAT (TDIC) as Security Manager(SGME)  Being as a part of the Pre-opening team drafted all the security SOPs /Job Descriptions’ policy & Procedure’s FOR Manarat Al Saadiyat and Arts Abu Dhabi Gallery.  Responsible for all HSE related Issues, like training, Awareness & Monitoring of the staff, contractors & visitors.  Responsible for all the coordination between contractors, consultants and other agencies, and exclusive point of contact for all the security and safety requirements at MANARAT AL SAADIYAT (TDIC).  Played the key role in handing over and taking over the security systems and trainings.  Responsible for safety & security of all the VVIP visits and events.  Managed EMIRATES PALACE HOTEL as Security Manager(SGME)  Ensure security reports are provided to the client in accordance with the contract.  Represent the SGME at appropriate security meetings/forums.  Making sure that required manpower is available and present on duty every day.  Ensure that security operations are conducted in accordance with company standards, UAE law and international museum best practices  Focal point of contact for EPHs all the security manpower requirements.

 Worked as Manager Operation.  Responsible for Operation, Administration, Training and Marketing.  Managing quality assurance programs, supervising, hiring, and training other employees, monitoring existing processes and analysing their effectiveness; and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.  Weekly and monthly meeting with all the branch heads and consolidated progress report to head office.  Marketing and survey to open new branch offices (managed to open three new offices and recruitment for the same).  Prepared all the training material and syllabus for different courses.

 Security Manager (HOD) managing of all services for the hotel & office tower pertaining to security and safety.  Designed established and maintained an organization structure and staffing to effectively accomplish goals and objectives; recruited employed trains supervised and evaluated staff  Drafted all the security SOPs /Job Descriptions’ polices and Procedure’s for the Hotel & office tower.  Recruited and modernized the security team

 Worked as Security In-Charge- Delhi Airport.  Represented Kingfisher Airlines at all the meetings at Delhi Airport.  Responsible to implement all the Circulars and orders from BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) and Airline Management regarding safety and security.  Observed security conditions and conduct ongoing analysis of data received from both external and internal sources and advise administration on appropriate risk mitigation strategies  Daily Briefing and debriefing of all the supervisors for any change or update.  Responsible to lead, motivate, channel, direct and counsel the security team.  Responsible for deployment, training, vacations, welfare, appraisals and discipline of all the security team.  Responsible for the safety & security of the Airline, staff & Passengers with a blend of highest level of customer services.  Conducted Avsec Training for Flight Deck, Cabin Crew & Ground Staff.  Prepared Avsec and other training material.

 Worked as Security In-charge of the most sensitive Airport of the World, both Jammu & Sri Nagar.  Represented Air Sahara at all the meetings at Both Jammu & Sri Nagar Airports.  Responsible to implement all the Circulars and orders from BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) and Airline Management regarding safety and security.  Daily Briefing and debriefing of all the supervisors for any change or update.  Responsible for deployment, training, vacations, welfare, appraisals and discipline of all the security team.  Responsible to rotate all the staff between both the airports for duty purpose.  Responsible for the safety and security of the Airline, staff and Passengers at both the airports.  Conducted Avsec Training for Ground Staff.
