Assisting with first years with all round issues such as university life and revising but also offering support with any issue or query they may have. This job develops my own inter personal skills and helps with gaining confidence speaking in large groups as a group mentor.

I worked here full time during the summer of 2018 as a Crew Member and won Team Member of the Month for August by showing initiative and approaching each shift in a positive manner. I work in different sections of the store such as front of house, being in contact with the customers on either the drive-through or in the restaurant. This allowed me to develop my inter-personal skills and show my outgoing, confident and energetic personality. Occasionally I work back of house in a very fast paced environment. Encouragement and enthusiasm are needed here along with exceptional teamworking skills.

I was mainly employed as a Waitress, however, on occasion also behind the bar. This job required me to be very attentive, ensuring each customer had their own personal experience. As a gastro pub, it included a fine dining restaurant but also a relaxed pantry area, meaning I was to make sure I was flexible in my approach to different customers and had to have strong communication skills.
