Vision & mission to improve quality efficiency. Build a Professional ME team to realize efficient opportunities for improvement with internal and external Cross functional teams in a sustainable way. Supporting functional team as Quality / PM / Technical Development/ OB & SMV for Costing …. by improvements based on quality issue and effected by to make sure the stable for shipment on time/ no rework or repair and best costing for each season coming. 1. Internal team (LLO): Focusing on top styles with high volume, low efficiency. Build ME project to work with FGV to improve from root cause leading issues for quality, quantity as Skill, Material, Machine, Mindset, Process and whatever to affect the efficiency low and cannot catch up the expectation of LLO for Shipment, quality and cost. In priority to change manual ways by automation ways such as template / AT function/ tools or attachment / device/ innovation, ... - Quality: Focus on top defects to work closely with ME FGV from root causes & finding solution to try new ideal/ method to make the better one. Besides that, reviewing the best method from each region to align and build best practice for carry-over styles from multi-source in the same one. - MER (production & costing): work on styles which have SMV gap and risk shipment to save & release capacity for next shipment on time and then closing gap on next season. - Technical Development: Built best practice as method and good construction from current bulk production to review & design for future easier and more effective of production. - Costing: Redo new OB and SMV after ME Improvement project saving. - Logistic & DC: RFID & automation system to capture real data before shipment and correct w/o packing claim. 2. External team (FGV): Support to improve from end to end as SMV < LLO will improve and bring benefit for vendors to growth business with LLO better and SMV > LLO will improve and bring benefit for vendors and then review cost for next season coming.

Managing all processes/ operations and whole supply chains from sourcing FGV & development RW and negotiation cost until PR and location order for each region tin VN/ China/ Cambodia to make sure shipment on time and good quality as well as best costing through each season with Design / Pattern & consumption/ Sourcing & development/ Merchandise for costing & production, Sample room/ Raw material and Logistic/ Quality team. - Reviewing Sketch design, guideline for development team making TP correctly as construction designed. - Development / lab-dip raw material to match with TP and technical requirement for sample development step. - Making Proto Sample in-house or vendors available and then developing RM & lab dip Fabric for fitting sample design on final sample step. - Sourcing & Assessment FGV to develop samples and then work on CMPT & FOB cost, production plan, T&A for bulk Production to catch Leadtime for shipment as expected. - Proto/Final/Size Set/ PPS and TOP/pilot to inspect quality and meeting to make sure technical points and highlight as risk assessment on bulk production. - Driving all activity improvements in priority by automation to make sure quality & quantity is stable. Kaizen & Improvement to build best Practice and best construction & SMV library. - Review kaizen / improvement and SMV saving for next costing negotiation of new season. - In charge of all QMS system and QUALITY ASSURANCE from Proto, final, Size Set, PPS, TOP sample, Inline, Endline, packing & carton box before shipping to store. - Final Inspection & 3rd Party Final - Logistic and Shipment to store/ port. - Assessment overall facility before onboarding as process, quality, manpower, functional teams, capacity, construction, certifications, efficiency, equipment, automation, data & system, History shipment, environment & safety control.

Responsibility whole processes from sample and costing by each season for all back bag & accessories at Vietnam and Indonesia facility. - Build team as Warehouse, Cutting, sewing, Technical, pattern, Mini-marker, Consumption, HR, QC-QA, GSD/ ME/ IE for costing. - Build construction up and data library to manage and traceability more quickly and good estimation to catch the deadline report or submission. - Drive & align all teams in VN & Indonesia to support each other to make sure catch requirement and expectation from buyer about quality, quantity and sample shipment on time. - Review improvement by every monthly with GSD team to balance the SMV and overhead cost to have good costing competition per season. - Built up and manage risk assessment from sample to bulk production. Closely and corporate with production team to handover method and align the best technical to make sure w/o risk for bulk production from sample construction developed before submitting final sample method to buyers and costing.

Build team for managing all processes of department  Set up and manage all QMS system from RW WH to shipping area and all suppliers who are the partnership of company.  Leading the team to inspection inline/ endline and monitor traffic jam and solution improvement quality immediately  Training / setting and tracking 4 points system to highlight quality of fabric at early step.  Managing all lab-test process and approval before apply on bulk production  Training and audit in-station quality to make sure passed through each operation, no have risk for endline and last minutes for shipment.  Set up/ coaching and built PSC (production safety control) w/o claim and catch expectation of buyer’s requirement.  Built SOP for all process at shopfloor to follow up as well from operator.  Build kaizen team to solve all improvements from root cause to lead the defects to support order shipment on time and optimize the rework or repair time. Drive team to work to remove waste and saving all from defects from end to end

Managed all the team from WH/ Cutting/ Sewing/ Quality/ Finishing and Lean for kaizen / labor costing for all process of 5 production lines for Nike brand as lean project. - QC for cutting section, input area, inline and endline - QA for random checking and set process from raw material and traffic jam and in-station quality training and tracking process, random at endline, fre-final and final before 3rd party. - 4 points system to inspection fabric quality at early step to highlight to merchandise team for action immediately to prevent happening for bulk product and support production planning - Build PSC team to in-charge for whole the testing with lab and inspection for bonding/ Heat transfer/ printing/ embellishment. - Work with buyers directly to capture all requestion and discuss to align the key points for correct action and make sure catch the expectation of quality, quantity for shipment on time and good competition the costing for next season better. - Quotation labor costing with merchandise and buyers to make sure catch the business of both sides. - Build kaizen team to solve all improvements from root cause to lead the defect and low efficiency.

Special of kaizen to solve problems and support production efficiency better and stable quality to shipment on time w/o delay from defect. - Raw material inspection as each buyer’s AQL - Training / setting and tracking 4 points system to highlight quality of fabric at early step. - Managing all lab-test as crocking test, color fastness test, washing test, Shrinkage test, Pull test, Breaking strength test, Pilling test, Flammability test (for some special products), Chemical test, - Inline with setting traffic jam and training in-station quality to make sure passed through each operation, no have risk for endline - Endline inspection 100% QC and random by QA - Packing inspection for backing list, shipping mark, PSC, detector, carton seal, pre-final and internal final to make sure quality before buyer or 3rd party inspection
