- Manage the purchases and contracts by using manual PR/PO process for multiple sites in APAC (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea and Australia) - Manage specialised commodities in Singapore site including: Electronic bench equipment, spare parts and maintenance services, Lab equipment & PCB boards, University/legal-related purchases, R&D Outsource Service, Travel, Event management and Miscellaneous purchase. - Collaborate/ communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Legal, Lab Teams) - NDA, contract and vendor management - Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for above mentioned sites - Multi-sourcing activities for all sites to get best quotes - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers - Support on Supplier Evaluation Strategy (SES) for SIN sites’ vendor to evaluate their aspect of performance, quality, technology and procurement. - Manage related PROC documents purchase/ request and ensure compliance with local regulations.

- Supporting on RFQ (Request For Quotation) for maintenances & projects of Facility Management (FM) purchases & Waste and Recycling monthly LME update. - Additional support on HR operation, RFQ & tender requests to advise end user on commercial topic. - Supporting on Rebate yearly program for FM suppliers - Responsible as Supplier Evaluation & Strategy (SES) coordinator for FM suppliers. Supporting on evaluate the supplier performance based on maintenances & projects. - Supporting on new suppliers sourcing & qualification process. - Supporting on price analysis for suppliers’ quotes & scope of work (SOW) by using Microsoft Excel. - Supporting on escalation topic & management review. - Applying on effective negotiation strategy such as e-Auction, selection matrix (mTCO), conventional negotiation & etc. - Managing the relationship between supplier and end user with good communication to both parties.

- Supported on new joiners’ programs such as NEOP and NETP+ and New Hires Chat Session (NHCS). - Supported on STEPS which is a performance assessment system for employee. - Supported on other HR related topics data preparation and analysis such as employee satisfaction surveys (Glint), succession planning, promotion, job grading and etc by using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Promote and sell the Nestle products such as Nescafe, EveryDay, Koko Krunch and Nestle Ice Cream to improve the sales of products.
