Develop and implementing robotic simulations for automation cells, including tasks like material handling, fastening, welding and dispensing using Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate 16.1 & 2301 software. •Analysing JT’s (Jupiter Tessellations) from designers in simulation using Siemens JT2Go. •Design and execute user studies focused on human-robot interaction in collaborative robotic applications. •Collaborate closely with design and Virtual Commissioning departments to refine 3D models. •Use Process Simulate software to model robotic automated system movements by adding in kinematics. •Address layout and timing challenges, offering solutions to design teams. •Conduct simulation validations, including interference and reach checks, cycle time reports, and safety assessments. •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project expectations and communication are aligned. •Evaluate and select appropriate robots based on payload capacity, reach, and cycle time to meet customer standards. •Collaborate with robot programmers for efficient programming. •Create customer documentation. •Assist in the field deployment and commissioning of robots (Kuka, Kawasaki and Fanuc).

Experience with on-the-job training in maintenance within the plant in: •Maintenance and Fault Finding on HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces) i.e. production robots (KUKA, ABB [SCA] and Siemens), automated hoists, lifts, vehicle lifting hangers, conveyors, and moving shuttles. •Welding, drilling, milling, turning, utilising hand tools, electrical connections. •Repair, fitting, installing and fault finding on machinery motors, proxies, drives, sensors, safety scanners (Sick Safety scanners). •Cleaning & preparing parts for assembly. •Maintenance on pneumatic manipulators. •Eliminating equipment failure by means of Preventative /Scheduled Maintenance. •Assisting artisans in keeping production lines running, and minimizing breakdown times. •Fault finding, installations and repairs with electrical equipment (multimeters, insulation testers) hand skills, utilizing power tools, fitting and turning, electrical and electronics. •Setting up IT LAN at the Training Centre.
