In 2005, I co-founded Edible Blooms with my sister Abbey, turning a bold idea into one of Australia’s first online gift destinations. Nearly two decades later, we’re proud to be recognised as pioneers of e-commerce in Australia and New Zealand. Along the way, we’ve been honoured with awards including Canstar’s #1 Online Gift Delivery Company (2022), Telstra Business of the Year (Australia), and SA Business Woman of the Year. Today, an Edible Blooms smile is delivered every two minutes across Australia and New Zealand. Our mission has always been simple yet powerful: to spread joy, connection, and a little indulgence—one gift at a time. Outside of work, you may find me jumping off the Port Elliot jetty (sometimes fully clothed!), cheering on my team’s chocolate-eating challenges, or showing off questionable disco moves with my two children. I'm also a Member of the Premier's Council for Women (2019 to current), Co-Chair of the Fearless Female Movement and a Faciliator for Behind Closed Doors, a round table for large scale female founders. What business has taught me in 20+ years: 1. Mistakes are gold—if you learn from them. 2. Success is a marathon, not a sprint. 3. Don’t take yourself too seriously. 4. Strive for excellence, not perfection. 5. Love what you do—it shows. I’m passionate about entrepreneurship, resilience, women in business, marketing, start-ups, and keynote speaking.
