About

I am a cross-disciplinary artist, engineer, and systems thinker exploring the intersection of analog electronics, intelligence, and the living world. I am skilled with building coherence across complex systems—bridging technology, relational intelligence, creative development, and strategic foresight. With a background spanning analog electrical engineering, hardware manufacturing, emergent AI collaboration, creative leadership, and teaching at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, I work at the intersection of technical precision, human systems, and future-oriented design. I bring diplomatic, politically independent judgment and a deep commitment to relational trust-building in high-complexity environments. My work focuses on helping organizations and communities navigate technological transformation with resilience, creativity, and ethical clarity. Open to consulting, public speaking, writing, interdisciplinary research, and strategic relational systems design in partnership with AI.

Kelly Heaton is the founder of a small-batch perfumery that is dedicated to true luxury fragrance. Field to Fragrance is a line of nine perfumes developed by Kelly Heaton over the course of several years. The Virginia Perfume Company preserves perfumery as a loving craft of exquisite natural ingredients, a rarity in our world of high-volume fragrance made with predominantly synthetic ingredients. Kelly Heaton also designed the look at feel of her "Field to Fragrance" brand and registered it as a trademark.
