Passionate about helping individuals and families reach their full potential and am always open to connecting with nonprofit leaders, community partners, and funders committed to sustainable, meaningful change. A nonprofit founder and executive leader with over 13 years of experience building and scaling mission-driven organizations that address poverty, community development, and human potential. As Founder and Executive Director of the Augusta Dream Center, I have led the organization from vision to impact, developing and overseeing programs that serve tens of thousands of individuals annually through food access, clothing support, youth enrichment, literacy, and wraparound community services. What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a sustainable, multi-program nonprofit supported by strategic partnerships, grants, and donor engagement. My leadership experience includes program development, organizational growth, strategic planning, fundraising and grant acquisition, board relations, staff and volunteer leadership, and community collaboration. I bring a people-centered, results-driven approach, balancing compassion with operational excellence. Top five Clifton strengths are positivity, inclusion, connectedness, belief, and responsibility. My hobbies include spending time with family and friends, running/working out, reading, and hosting game nights! I love to vacation at the beach!
