Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to all customer disenrollment inquiries for the Medicare Advantage program Coordinate, research and initiate activities required to resolve customer disenrollment issues in a timely and thorough manner Assist management and team members in researching, investigating and resolving customer problems and questions
