Handle marketing initiatives for Different Realty Services.

Manage all aspects of Social Media Marketing, recruitment and the logistics of the Triathlon and Cycle teams through Team In Training. Organize and arrange travel for Triathlon and Cycle events, oversea Information Meetings and lead management. Recruit, hire, manage coaches and volunteers, as well as a temp employee to assist with recruitment and lead management.

Manage the study abroad semester/year and summer programs in the AsiaLearn department

Taught English in South Korea to children between the ages of 5 and 13. Wrote curriculum, developed lesson plans, and co-taught with local Korean teachers to ensure the best quality teaching for the students.

The goals of the Wraparound Care Coordination program are: 1) to successfully maintain the youth in the least restrictive setting 2) improve the functioning of the child and family across all life domains 3) assist the family in building natural supports that can be maintained after care is complete A Care Coordinator assembles a child and family team consisting of school and court representatives, family members and other people who can be supportive to the family. An assessment of the family’s strengths and needs is done and a Plan of Care is developed to meet the needs and enhance the strengths of the family. The care coordinator meets with the family in their home on a weekly basis with the goal of empowering them and encouraging independent decision making with regard to their children. The Care Coordinator then purchases services through the provider/vendor network to meet the family’s needs as identified in the Plan of Care. The children and families have access to program staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Initially I worked in the daycare, both during the evening and daytime, while the mothers of the children attended treatment for substance abuse. I also drove many of the women from the residential facility to doctor appointments and other off-site appointments throughout Milwaukee. Later I worked directly with both the women and children to organize "Mommy and Me" time as well as organize and supervise activities off-site for the families to participate in.
