A 29-year Biel's veteran, is a Certified Document Imaging Architect. I previously served as Biel's senior technical support specialist. Prior responsibilities included handling installations, technical support, and product training for Scientific Calculations, Inc. in Fairport. A graduate of dozens of industry software training programs, she has helped build the capability and professionalism of the Biel's team, which, in turn, recently led to the highest customer satisfaction ratings in company history. My role as Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and client requirements, regarding Document Management, eForms and Workflows. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party vendors in order to deliver projects according to plan. As Project Manager I also define the project’s objectives, oversee quality control and serve as the primary point of contact and coordination throughout the project life cycle. Over the last couple years, I have been assigned as the Area Manager for a few key accounts in Western New York. This has proven to be very successful for me, and while my main focus is Project Management, this lends itself to being a true Document Management Consultant to my customers. Both my customers and I, have benefited from this opportunity.
