I partner closely with executive leadership, supporting operations, recruiting efforts, and cross-functional coordination across the organization. Over the past 10+ years, I have supported leadership teams in fast growing environments where organization, reliability, and clear communication really matter. Much of my role sits behind the scenes, keeping things moving, helping teams stay aligned, and supporting hiring and internal operations. I take pride in being someone people can count on. I enjoy building strong working relationships, solving problems, and helping create an environment where teams feel supported and able to do their best work.
