Owner & CEO | Secure2ware • S2W Security LLC I am the Owner and CEO of Secure2ware and S2W Security LLC, two Florida-based companies committed to protecting people, property, and opportunity. My mission is not only to provide dependable security solutions, but also to create pathways for career growth within the communities we serve. Through Secure2ware, I oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of low-voltage systems, including surveillance cameras, alarm systems, access control, and structured cabling. We focus on precision, compliance, and long-term reliability for commercial and residential clients throughout Florida. At S2W Security LLC, I lead security guard operations, providing licensed officers for commercial properties, residential communities, construction sites, and special events. Professionalism, preparedness, and accountability are the standards we operate by every day. Workforce development is central to what I do. Through S2W Security Training, I provide job opportunities and train individuals to obtain their Florida Class D Security Officer License. I am also licensed to provide instruction for the FASA/BASA Fire Alarm and Burglar Alarm Certification courses, equipping professionals with the technical knowledge required to meet Florida’s regulatory standards. Helping others build stable careers in the security and life-safety industry is one of the most rewarding aspects of my leadership. I attended Alabama A & M University and Saint Leo University, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership and business management. I am proud to have raised my family in the Tampa Bay area and remain deeply invested in strengthening this community. In addition to my business leadership, I serve on the Hillsborough County Small Business Enterprise Advisory Board, as a Board Member for Children’s Safe Place, and on the Board of Directors for ESSA. Community service and advocacy are important to me, and I believe business success should be paired with civic responsibility. Outside of work, I enjoy supporting the USF Bulls and cheering on Florida teams across all sports. My leadership philosophy is simple: operate with integrity, stay prepared, create opportunity, and deliver excellence.
