Originally worked within North & West Belfast Trust since 1998 as their telecoms manager deploying TDM based systems from a range of suppliers, including Nortel, Avaya and Siemens. With the reorganisation of health care within Northern Ireland, appointed the telecoms manager within the new Belfast HSC Trust. Have been responsible for the deployment of over 2000 Avaya IP phones and 7000 Lync phones as part of an aggressive upgrade programme which started in 2012. Now specialising on Lync 2010/2013, and introducing the concept of UC throughout the Trust, including the use of Lync edge services and AV technologies to bring improvements in how the Belfast Trust delivers it services.
