When I closed KA Cycles I sold parts and merchandise to CMS and hired on as the Harley Davidson parts counter salesman. I set-up a Harley Davidson parts department and sold parts to my old customers and CMS' existing customers. I physically built and maintained merchandise displays. I extended my parts and accessory sales experience to include Asian and Polaris motorcycles and ATVs. I also helped potential motorcycle and/or ATV customers with questions and concerns of each model.

As an owner of a small business I was responsible for everything imaginable. I researched and ordered parts for resale. I was service writer for all bikes in the service department. I reorganized and maintained a well stocked parts department. I also maintained well stocked apparel and accessory departments. I personally remodeled the service department including building new shelving units and a waiting room, wired phone and network and painted service department complete. I assisted customers, in person and on phone, in sales of parts, apparel and accessories. I created and maintained a bookkeeping system and authored employee handbooks, policies and procedure. I organized several special events and produce attractive flyers for promotional use.
