Omni Manufacturing Services, Inc was established in 1978 in Pearland, Texas by John Housholder. As his son, I have been involved in the company on-and-off for the entirety of its existence, 48 years and counting. Since 2005, my wife and I have been operating our own law firm in Missouri. Today, as President of OMNI, I am focused on maintaining the same level of quality that has propelled us to the top of our in industry for the last 5 decades.

While I am in Houston running Omni, for 18 years I worked with my wife running our law office in Marshfield, MO. I worked on every aspect of the business except going to court as I choose to stay in the office rather than get licensed in Missouri. We had a young son and Teresa's father was sick. Eventually, I became the guardian for my grandmother who had Alzheimer's. I still work remotely in the law firm by researching and writing appellate briefs and preparing other documents that the law firm may need. I do not handle clients anymore do to time contraints since I am running Omni full time.

Lead designer for the Missouri Court portal Casenet. (https://www.courts.mo.gov/cnet/welcome.do). Designer, installer and quality assurance for implementation of the JIS software system for the Missouri Courts. JIS and Casenet were and $500 million project which began in Kansas City, MO in 1999. An off-the-shelf software project was purchased and modified to conform with statutes and legal process to provide input and case management for the court clerks and a website for the public to access their cases live in real time.
