Keith Garde

Keith Garde is a visionary entrepreneur, strategist, and creative force who has spent more than four decades at the intersection of Hollywood, rock & roll, digital innovation, and emerging technology. At just 26 years old, Keith co-founded Scotland Video and produced Sony’s first-ever Video 45, helping ignite the modern music video revolution — an achievement that landed him on ABC’s Nightline as a pioneer in a brand-new entertainment form. He went on to co-manage one of the most iconic bands in history — Aerosmith — a principal in guiding a global business comeback filled with multiplatinum albums, sold-out tours, MTV dominance, chart-topping music videos, and groundbreaking brand partnerships. Keith later expanded the blueprint industry-wide, leading early innovation in online fan communities, VIP engagement experiences, e-commerce ecosystems, and digital monetization — models now standard across the live entertainment world. His creative leadership spans Emmy Award–winning television, multiplatinum games like Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, major-brand collaborations, nationally distributed entertainment products, and partnerships with companies ranging from Sony and Paramount to Activision, the NFL, and Habitat for Humanity. Today, Keith is the CEO of DreamKey Syndicate, a human-powered ethical AI media studio inventing new storytelling pipelines and original technology for an era where humans and AI co-create. He also serves as advisor and mentor to executives, artists, and mission-driven ventures, helping them build aligned organizations, stronger brands, and businesses rooted in connection. Keith holds a B.A. from Cornell University, completed the Executive Leadership and Management program at MIT Sloan, and has lectured at MIT, Harvard Business School, Berklee College of Music, and NYU — where he also served on the advisory board of the Music Experience Design Lab.
