• Strategic procurement of OEM parts – vendor portfolio consisting of raw materials (metal & plastic), servers, HDDs, cable assembluies, various PFGs. • Responsibility of stock levels over vendor portfolio • Creation and issuance of all POs for all vendor portfolio goods. • Ensuring all POs are promptly managed – confirmed, expedited, scheduled etc.. • Management of freight shipping – fees and RFQs, shipment expediting and tracking. • Managing LTB and EOL parts through to exhaustion. • Management of MRP SAP system fields – PIRs and parts master data. • RTV PO and Subcontracting PO issuance and management. • Working with QA Team and vendors on RTV Procedures / CAR issuance and compliance. • Publishing reports in line with Procurement KPI’s - Due Dates / PPVs / Budgeting / Freight costs / RTVs / Stock shortages • Creation of Company Process Flows Charts: Subcontracting PO procedure / Freight Booking Procedure • Issuance of Supplier Assessment Forms and Vendor Performance Evaluations.

• Order processing & invoicing. • Managing order shipments and logistics. • Stock level monitoring, management and reporting.

• Data analysis and updating of old records systems prior to changeover of new system. • Data entry and record investigation

• Sourcing and procurement of OEM parts – raw materials (metal & plastic), SMT components, PCB boards, finished PCA boards, finished cable assemblies. • Responsibility of stock levels and stock control over raw materials (metal & plastic), SMT components, PCB boards, finished PCA boards, software, hardware, non-inventory. • Creation and issuance of all POs for raw materials and non-inventory goods. • Ensuring that all POs were promptly managed – confirmed, expedited, scheduled etc.. • Following up on delivery schedules and invoicing. • Management of freight shipping – fees and RFQs, shipment expediting and tracking. • Sourcing of new vendors - sample request and inspection. • Implementing and managing bidding procedures with vendors. • RFQs, negotiation of price points/payment structures/scaled pricing and scheduled deliveries. • Demand planning, supply forecasting, and total spend budgeting. • Oversight on production meetings to identify and foresee challenges to stock requirements. • Stock data analysis and record keeping. • Publishing reports in line with Procurement KPI’s - Due Dates / PPVs / Freight costs / Stock shortages • Goods-In checks and procedures. • Parts storage location management • Warehouse stores map ownership - management and updating. • Invoice reconciliation procedures. • Oversight on regular company Cycle Counts and associated audit procedures.
