Secured a standalone long-term issuer rating, successfully diversifying funding sources away from HQ dependence. • Treasury Governance & Compliance: Managed EMTN and CP programs, overseeing BOJ regulatory reporting and WHT exemptions. Ensured all local decentralized execution strictly aligned with Global HQ risk policies. • Process Automation: Automated cash actualization workflows, significantly enhancing local liquidity visibility and reducing manual operational risks without adding headcount. • Regional / HQ treasury coordination (JP–SG–IN–HQ)

• Greenfield Finance Setup: Directed the end-to-end establishment of accounting, treasury, and controlling frameworks for a newly formed EV charging subsidiary. • Operational Handover: Designed core financial controls and SOPs from scratch, seamlessly transitioning stabilized operations to the Shared Service Hub and successors.
