* Establish strong client relationships, while maintaining balance between company and customer agendas. * Reviewed billing and worked with companies regarding payment of long term care accounts. * Verified new account and corrected policy problems. * Set up billing accounts for all new companies approved to obtain a MetLife long term care policy. * Researched and resolved all billing and client policy disputes. * Enter and maintain journal entries with regards to payments, add and removal of positions, and policy renewals. * Make and issues monthly and quarterly invoices for client policies. * Accurately reconcile statements and posting of funds to and from individual accounts. * Researched and applying all cash to client’s accounts. * Responsible for running daily team reports outlining teams’ production and workload.
