I joined their cohort in 2025 and got to learn from a ton of cybersecurity professionals who would share their wisdom with us. We had career-building sessions and hackathons with KC7 as well. I was a mentor for 2 cohorts, with each Cohort, my team was around 10 people. My job was to join all the meetings, check on all the team members, have 1:1 video calls with them to make sure they were motivated and in high spirits, we also made sure we were on target for our weekly projects and studies for our exams. Monday through Friday, we had different trainings each day. One day was for the mentors could meet with the teams, the next was a general team meeting, then we had our instructor-led training from a CompTIA instructor, then we had a financial literacy class, and at the end of the week, we had a career prep session, and between and outside of that, we would study for our exams. We got the CompTIA Tech+ and CompTIA Security+

RELI Group Inc does technology consulting for government agencies. When I started I was doing GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) work and studying CSRAP(Cybersecurity and Risk Assessment Program), SIA (Security Impact Assessment), PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment) and Penetration testing for the agencies we're associated with. I've recently been pivoted to a diferrent team where I had to learn more about a the OWASP Top Ten LLM for 2025 and looking more into the C# programming language. Currently studying more of Databricks, AWS, Python an SQL to help with a migration that RELI is helping with. I'm currrently helping lead a group of people get deeper into Cybersecurity by sharing knowledge and experience in ITF (Information Technology Fundamentals), CompTIA Secuirty+ (Computing Technology Industry Association Security Plus) and SOC (Security operations center).
