Successfully set up company’s Design section. Accountable for taking high quality photographs for utilization in design items Developing strong working relationships with prepress and press to ensure full delivery of project objectives

A varied and challenging role involving responsibility for the creation of a wide range of designs for such materials as POS, Flyers, Leaflets, Brochures, Catalogues, Posters, Newsletters, Adverts, window Signage, Large Format Displays and Exhibition Materials.

Actively contributing to a productive team, working alongside personnel from other departments to ensure the delivery of excellent levels of customer service at all times. Working alongside a number of other section including Photography, pre-press, press and post-press to ensure full delivery of each client brief, achieving and exceeding their exacting expectations.

Heading a creative design team tasked with the development of high quality designs on behalf of a diverse client base including Chrysler, Jeep, Toyota, Lion Beer and the Football Federation of Sri Lanka

Responsible for the creation of print ready artwork designs on behalf of a large portfolio of clients

* Deliver creative, innovative, engaging solutions in commercial situations from conception through to execution. * Effectively manage own work and work as part of a team to ensure work exceeds marketing expectations, is delivered to a high standard, on brand, on time, and on the budget. * Pitching conceptual design and creative ideas, engaging existing and new clients in order to ‘win’ new business. * Takes ownership of continual professional development utilising latest technologies and trends across digital and print to consistently deliver a high standard of creative excellence. * An understanding of London Stone brand and the industry they operate in, adding value by applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions in commercial situations. * Collaborates and works effectively with the wider team. Working hand in hand with the photographers and copywriters to build London Stone brand.

Developing a wide range of print and digital outputs including catalogues, brochure, newspaper & magazine advertisement, supplement, direct mail and other marketing materials. Completing creative projects that will be based upon briefs supplied by the Marketing, Product and or Sales Teams Working closely with the Marketing and Sales department to help them work efficiently and effectively, ensuring always providing with the right artwork, images, graphics and copy, to complete their tasks timeously and to a high standard. Creating design concepts to a high degree of accuracy and finish, setting typographic style, design specifications and InDesign style sheets within corporate brand Guidelines.
