Prepare and book Tax Entries for Reporting Units AP & AR clearance for open items, also initiate process payments and remittances. Perform BS reconciliations for more than 480 accounts. Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Schedules in Financial Reporting Package (Includes tax packages) Monitor Employee costs outside country to initiate Employee Recharges for 4 Businesses, which includes 30 regions. Preparation and posting of Royalties accrual and invoicing for 125 RU’s. Perform Intercompany Activities for 22 RU’s, which includes reconciliation and confirmations with counterparts. Co-ordinate with OTSC Team, CTC Team, PRTP Team, FRGO Payments Team and streamline the process and clearing the IC variances. Worked for CFIN testing and implementation.

Billing the clients based on the unbilled inventory. Preparing reports like P&L, Unbilled Inventory report, AR Aging report, Time & Expense report Etc. Handling billing of specific clients. Passing accounting entries in compliance with accounting standards. Preparing profit and loss account and Balance Sheet.

Here we check the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures. Review, assess and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business unit. Verify and inspect accounts receivable and payable ledgers and general ledgers for its accuracy.
