Job Analysing and requirement gathering from clients by Collaborating with hiring managers which leads to understand the technical skills, experience and qualifications required for open positions.  Actively hunt for source through job portals, - currently using naukri as recruitment platform. open to work through other platforms too like Foundit, LinkedIn etc.,  Negotiate with Candidates for offer, ensuring compensated packages and let them confirm join and complete their onboarding. Follow up from Interview till onboarding.

Collaborate with various clients to understand their needs and acquire JD from them and analyse it thouroughly. Source and screen profiles as per requirement and screen candidates over telephonic calls Conduct a screening round and assessment test to candidates to check whether they have same set of skillsets exposure as per mentioned in their resume. Conduct Interviews and follow up with Candidates till the closure done. Time being worked as rpo for few clients on absense of seniors and handled a team Successfully onboarding 50+ candidates for various clients
