Involved in end- to- end Recruitment Process. Specialist in Head hunting. • Sourcing profiles according to the client's requirement through various available channels. • Initial screening of CVs for the required job profile. • Scheduling Interviews with the Technical Panel & HR Interview for the shortlisted candidates. • Source potential candidates through direct contact, referrals, networking. • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and Clients. • Maintaining candidate database for further requirements. • Handling-full recruitment life cycle(Candidate mapping,sourcing to coordinating interviews to offer roll-outs and on-boarding). • Detailed analysis of JD to understand client's requirements. • Sourcing profile from various recruiting channels like:- Company database, Job Portals, Employee Referrals. • Screening the Candidate based upon the Educational qualification, Technical skills, Communication skill and experience. • Extensive experience in identifying suitable candidates for permanent positions based on project requirement from clients. • Screening and shortlisting the profilesand Scheduling F2F/Telephonic interviews • Follow up on the short-listed candidates to closure • Following up with the candidates on joining date and convincing them if they have any issue such as Compensation, relocation, onsite travel etc. • Conducting HR discussion with the selected candidates for the specific skill and team. Assisting in releasing the offer letter and negotiating on compensation and notice period of the candidate. • Preparing various reports on daily, weeklyand, monthly basis related with recruitment and performance. • Coordinating weekend Drive Worked on the following skills : SOC & IP verification RTL Design Design Verification Physical Design STA Analog Design Analog Layout Circuit Design ATE Testing Validation DFT Physical Verification
