Driving digital transformation and IT strategy for Bond Connect, a key financial market infrastructure supporting cross-border bond trading between Mainland China and international investors. - Business Applications Ownership: Serve as the tech lead responsible for all enterprise business applications and systems company-wide. Partner with infrastructure and information security teams to deliver integrated solutions, ensure IT risk governance, and maintain audit readiness. - Business Partnership & Requirements Engineering: Work closely with business teams and C-suite executives to capture and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Manage external vendor teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. - Data & Analytics Platform (Built from Scratch): Established the company's first centralized data and analytics capability from the ground up — selecting BI tools, designing data architecture, and delivering dashboards for trading analytics, onboarding metrics, and executive reporting to support data-driven decision making.

• Successfully led a 6 million HKD ERP upgrade project (Dynamics D365 F&O) in 6 months, managing a cross-functional team of up to 6 members. This involved coordinating with different business unit team heads to understand their requirements and feedback, and managing both internal IT team and vendor resources. • Migrated an external application from on-premise to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), overcoming challenges such as connectivity issues due to different firewall configurations and network settings. This shift to a SaaS model resulted in annual savings of 1 million HKD. • Successfully led a 13 million HKD Clinic Management System upgrade project in 9 months, aligned with the needs of all business units by hosting regular review meetings with users and gathering feedback at different stages, such as during UAT and pilot phases. • Managed the development of system integrations between third-party and internal systems, optimizing cloud resources such as VMs, virtual networks, and storage. • Achieved smooth cutover for the Clinic Management System upgrade project with minimal ad-hoc support during the nursing period. The upgraded system is now in use by over 100 clinics, 600 internal users and 100 external users, indicating successful user adoption and system transition.
