Following my departure from the company in 2022, I continued to contribute as a part-time team member. Collaborating closely with the team, my role involves facilitating smooth project execution and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing unstructured user documents, understanding user requirements, and translating them into clear technical specifications and actionable development tasks. Actively contribute to project planning by estimating timelines, assessing resource needs, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proposing workflow optimizations. This role also involves end-to-end involvement in the company’s CRM-based system, from consulting with users, gathering requirements, and designing features to implementing solutions, managing deployments, and maintaining system reliability.

Key Contributions and Responsibilities : * Solve the legacy solution performance problem with a large amount of technical debt and 60% of page load times may exceed 30 seconds. The legacy solution may trigger up to 5k accesses to the database to retrieve a single listing, and data is often stored and filtered in memory, which results in insufficient server memory and difficulty in loading. In order to solve the problem, the entire solution was refactored intensively by optimizing the Entity Framework query, minimized database calls and implemented application caching to improve the entire solution. * Accomplish to deliver property refferal solution from gathering client requirement to end product deployment within 2 weeks alone. The solution includes a user-friendly front-end for external personnel to select and submit referee details, and a back-end portal for internal administrators to view insights. Besides, the website integrates with Google Analytics to track online traffic and improve online advertising. The back-end portal displays graphical analytics and reporting dashboards to help improve users decision-making and enable customer to achieve more efficient operations in long run. * Planned, developed, tested, maintained, and deployed more than 5 web solutions. * Designed and setup normalized database structure to improve data reading performance. * Designed and developed micro-site with HTML,CSS and JavaScript with user-friendly interface. * Effectively transform customer needs into application design and system requirements.

Continued contributing to an in-house project for our China counterparts, built with .NET (>7.0) backend and Angular frontend, based on a microservices architecture. Took on senior responsibilities such as mentoring, improving infrastructure, and collaborating with vendors. Key Responsibilities and Work: 1. Mentored a junior developer through code reviews, task guidance, and best practices. 2. Enhanced the Kubernetes architecture by integrating the frontend and authentication service, replacing the API Gateway with an ingress controller, and implementing automated SSL certificate issuance and renewal. 3. Collaborated with a third-party vendor developing a WeChat mini program - provided RESTful APIs, guided integration design, participated in regular sync meetings, supported issue resolution during development and testing, and ensured smooth collaboration across teams throughout the development lifecycle. 4. Continued feature development and helped improve system stability and scalability.

Contributed significantly to an in-house project serving our counterparts in China, focusing on building and enhancing functionalities for tracking customers, sales, orders, deliveries, and related processes. The project is built on a microservices architecture emphasizing event-driven design, utilized a tech stack featuring .NET for backend development and Angular for the frontend. The project expanded from managing 2 microservices in 2022 to overseeing more than 10 microservices by the close of 2023. Key Contributions and Responsibilities: 1. Engineered the notification service, employing SignalR and WeChat API to deliver real-time notifications to both web and WeChat applications. Implemented a robust handshake process for each notification mechanism to ensure reliable and accurate reception. Orchestrated the communication flow between other microservices and the notification service, enabling seamless publication of notifications to each application. 2. Led research and implementation efforts to dockerize applications and establish Kubernetes, successfully integrating and configuring Kubernetes for each service. Implemented CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, responsible for pushing docker images to Azure Container Registry (ACR) and deploying the entire cluster to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Ensured thorough testing of the functionality, confirming optimal performance. 3. Actively participated in establishing the entire domain event architecture for all microservices in the application, contributing to the foundational structure of the system. 4. Innovatively proposed and provided input on feature implementation flow and design, contributing valuable ideas to enhance the overall functionality and user experience.

Completed in 2020, this program combined core technical skills with a strong understanding of business processes and strategy. I gained experience in areas such as web and mobile development, business intelligence, and digital transformation. What made this degree stand out was its focus on real-world application, especially through industry-focused projects that required research, stakeholder thinking, and practical delivery. It helped shape my approach to technology as a tool for solving real business challenges.
