Mainly support end-to-end solution capability for delivery, new controller integration , acceptance, new staff & subcontractors capability improvement, QC of installation standard, overall project swap progress, manages project progress and remote support resources. Indonesia - Telkomsel (Feb 2019 - Aug 2019) Support project as "Swap Commander" by identifying end to end feasibility sites, new site integration and new trial project features testing. Philippines - DITO (Sept 2019 - June 2020) Support as Wireless & Power TL, involving in early involvement stage for bidding, identifying solution feasibility, risk measurement, output installation process flow and quality installation guide.
