Shahi Export is India's largest Apparel manufacturing and export company having over 45 manufacturing units across India in multiple status and employing over 1,30,000 workforce . Shahi is fully backward integrated , processing from cotton to spinning to fabrics to finished garments. We produce half a million garments a day . its even ships fabric to Asian countries to outsource manufacturing and to meet its capacity. Shahi is one of the fast growing company in India, with average growth of 20% per year. As a CIO, my primary focus is to drive digital transformation in Shahi through the emerging technologies e.g RPA, ML , cognotive AI, Big Data, Predictitives , Mobile Apps, cloud in addition to setting up strategy, IT policies, IT road map, team building , restructuing the infrastructure, optimizing the ERP , BI and other legacy applications to offer SOA for seamless integration of multiple application to improve efficiency in the value chain.

Infodart Technologies India Ltd, a global IT system integrator and consulting company . service spectrum includes IT Consulting, Services for SAP implementation and support, Oracle Retail, Mobility Solutions, Business Intelligence, IT Infrastructure and GIS As a Head-Technology at Infodart, I was playing quite a horizontal role, which is equivalent to Group CIO role as all the IT requirement of Videocon group are routed through Infodart. All Major IT initiatives are initiated by Infodart. Joined Videocon Industries Ltd as AGM-IT and Head- Technology. Videocon Industries Limited is a large diversified Indian company headquartered in Mumbai. The group has 17 manufacturing sites in India and plants in Mainland China, Poland, Italy and Mexico. It is the third largest picture tube manufacturer in the world. The group is a US$5 billion global conglomerate with presence in Consumer Electronics, Direct to Home business, Telecommunication , Retail , Oil & Gas and Energy. My Major Achievement Includes: • International SAP ERP & SAP BI & EP Implementation and roll out in 5 countries, Poland, Italy, China, France and Maxico. Centex Fabrics is one of the leading exporter of Fashion Accessories in India. I have build whole IT setup starting from implementing Microsoft Exchange for E-mail, to manufacturing automation and SAP implementation. I joined RMI Steels to head the IT at Rishikesh and in RMI Cycle Rajpura, Punjab. I was responsible to support Movex ERP which was on AS/400 (Mainframe) platform and to support overall IT functions at RMI Steels and RMI Cycle plant at Rajpura. Though i was coming from the software and system administration background, i could quickly learned the manufacturing process and successfully contributed to business in terms of optimizing overall process. I setup the IT strategy and deployed software solutions based on business requirement.

I was responsible for the delivery of Software development. I have successfully implemented customized software in various verticals including manufacturing and retail. Technologies used are mostly Visual Basic,Foxpro, C & C++. database used are MS access, Oracle, and SQL.
