KB CEA Consulting grew out of over a decade spent working alongside controlled environment agriculture operators, suppliers, and investors through periods of growth, overexpansion, and correction. Over that time, I’ve seen operations scale well, others struggle under poor assumptions, and too many decisions made without enough real-world perspective. That experience shapes how I work today. I support clients with practical guidance, grounded industry insight, and help with key hires, connecting them with experienced professionals so they can assess risk clearly, avoid common mistakes, and build businesses that can operate profitably over the long term.
