About
Customer-Centricity is my mission and passion as an entrepreneur and a computer scientist. I have co-founded and led Treasure Data, the enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) that powers the entire business to accelerate customer-centricity in the age of the digital customer, across all engagement channels including Marketing/Sales/Service. Treasure Data serves over 400 global customers and manages over 1 trillion records of data every month. I also contribute to the broader technology community as a Council Member at Forbes Technology Council, an Entrepreneur Supporter, and a Board Member at Treasure Data. I enjoy sharing my failures and learnings with other entrepreneurs and aspiring innovators and helping them succeed in their ventures.
