• Leading, planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring and closing Mechanical(HVAC), fire and Plumbing projects of high rise, low rise, commercial, residential and factory building. • Managing relationship with customers, vendors, contractors and other parties, by acting as the central point of contact. • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. • Coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless and timely execution of on-going factory project, ensuring that all requirements are met and within budget. • Performing quality assurance and risk management. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Understanding all project requirements which includes financial costs, detailed engineering, working principle, deadlines, etc. • Developing a detailed project plan to identify the sequence of activities for successful completion of project and ensuring activities are performed on time. • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Oversee work of subcontractors. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• To monitor, to plan and to organize the production of Plastic (HH) production. • To forecast market demand and maintain production accordingly. • Play role in supply chain management to manage all the raw material available on time. • Establish manufacturing processes which minimize cost by through effective utilization of man, machine, method, manpower and money. • To coordinate with market demand with marketing team, Sales team and Distribution team meet the customer expectations. • To monitor the manpower performance on productivity. • Production runs as machine maximum efficiency. Ensure production as per monthly demand. • Engage and improve manpower utilization within every workplace and machineries on basis of maximum production. • Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employees’ positive involvement with opportunity for construction input and action. • Prepare monthly Inventory report, monthly consumption report, monthly delivery report, and monitor physical inventory that hand over to Costing department. • Cost control drives implement at HH floor. Ensure the best quality full product at market. • Time to time follow with maintenance team for any types of machine draw backs or fault. • Maintain and execute the standard operating procedures (SOP) in working place as well as production and efficiency of manpower. • Apply 3I and 5 values in production floor. Maintain the Kaizen activity fruitfully and continue. • Maintain 5S, LEAN project in work place. Implement Manufacturing strategies. • Implement the labor and power saving drives for all section. Maintain proper housekeeping • Maintain Standard Specification on Goods by applying proper quality testing, by applying advanced manufacturing process, by Statistical Quality Practice and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and all these documentations as per guideline and requirement. • Develop new product on basis of market demand.

Job Responsibility: • Ensure smooth flow of raw Material of smelting section. • Ensure smooth inventory management system of smelting section. • Ensure all types of lead delivery to the three factories (RBL, RAL and RGL) as their requirement. • Ensure all data entry of smelting section in SAP smoothly. • Ensure, Monitor and execution all the SAP related activity in LM teams. Taking overall responsibility of SAP of LM teams. • Prepare & submit a weekly and Monthly summary report on all incoming material , outgoing material and Stock material. • Prepare & submit a weekly summary report on all PR, PO and other SAP related issues. • Coordinate with RBL, RAL and RGL concerned persons to ensure on time lead delivery at their respective factories. • Participate in implementation of project and development work. • Coordinate with QA, store, and planning to get optimum output from the plant and ensure quality of the product. • Reduce wastage to achieve continuous cost improvement. • Ensure zero error data input in software to leverage IT resources for getting MIS. • Implement and achieve shift wise production in smelting and alloying as per plan.

ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18000. • Develop subordinate & ensure continual improvement. • Develop capability of maintenance on smelting section machinery carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of the unit.

Job Responsibility: • Assist. Executive/ Sr. Officer, Planning & Coordination to organize and formulate production planning as per company objective and ABP. • Assist. Executive/ Sr. Officer, Planning & Coordination to formulate and implement systems & procedure for the above plans. • Coordinate with Marketing & Sales to up-date sales forecast and to meet delivery requirements. • Coordinate with Purchase Department to ensure raw material availability. • Ensure effective capacity utilization keeping Inventory and WIP at agreed level. • Identify capacity constraints and suggest measures for improvements. • Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain documents in line with ISO 9000:2K QMS requirements. • Ensure compliance and up-dating of procedures/systems in line with ISO 14000 requirements and company policy. • Generate departmental MIS as per requirements. • Develop sub-ordinates. • Ensure continual improvement.
