• Provide customer support on Acsys Projects, Edison Projects, and others. • Provide IT support for the office's internal IT. • Configure & troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and other hardware. • Install and configure hardware, software, and OS. • Manage project inventory and database. • Provide support to the technical team with project implementation, technical reports, documentation preparation, budget preparation, and cost control on project implementations. • Hire and manage the technician and field-level temporary resources with proper coordination with the HR department. • Provide technical training. • Attend client meetings to gather project scope.

• Guide employees on IT Process & Policies, Tips & Tricks, etc. • Provide support for all IT-related queries, including computer hardware troubleshooting. • Provide IT reporting and documentation, work planning, design, and implementation. • Escalate and coordinate UPS & IT server room issues of the regional office. • Provide support during mass deployment of IT service/application in client devices. • Logs and follow-up on end-user calls/tickets/emails using company-provided trouble ticketing software. • Follow up with vendors & cross-functional teams and track routing and escalation issues. • Ensure verification of IT assets in physical presence based on demands. • Maintain and configure Mikrotik, Cisco Router & Switch, Different Kinds of Wi-Fi Router & Access Point. • Maintain network and Solutions for Corporate Users. • Provide CCTV & IP-PABX Solutions to the Client. • Client Site Survey, Project Organize, and monitoring.

• Regularly track project progress to ensure that milestones are met according to the schedule. • Establish and maintain project structure and documentation. • Document project processes, changes, and outcomes. • Support team members in their roles. • Provide AMC support to clients. • Visit clients for link delivery, ensuring that devices and networks have been configured properly. • Configure routers, switches, and Aps (MikroTik, Cisco, etc.) according to requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with networks as they arise. • Configure various types of Wi-Fi routers based on specifications and maintain corporate network infrastructure. • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues with computers and provide technical support to users experiencing hardware problems.
