Allowing us to showcase what Northland has to offer to businesses throughout New Zealand. Yellow creates digital marketing solutions that help businesses grow. Yellow is going through a period of digital transformation and requires all business units to work in cross-functional teams to move the business forward. My role was originally to transform the just the digital directories properties but it has evolved into looking at the whole digital product suite, and specifically how we can create a future online business. I now lead cross-functional teams, including members from finance, sales, technology, marketing, customer care and operations, in order to deliver transformation projects. I gather requirements, create scope documents, assess risk, develop business rules and high-level solutions, make business decisions during sprints and ensure the end product meets the agreed outcomes. My responsibility is for the overarching roadmap of the full digital portfolio and to ensure that the product team is working towards the same goals in each product roadmap.

Touchcast was all about creating user centric experiences, everything started from the needs of the end user and evolves from there. Teams work as a collaborative agile group to problem solve business and end user needs, ultimately delivering experiences that met the needs of everyone. My role was to lead external and internal teams to deliver these results. We worked in partnership with our clients, we became part of their business, our relationships extended beyond the project as we learnt more about their business needs and offered solutions to core issues. It was a small nibble office that required me to wear many hats: Account Manager, Project Manager, User Experience Designer, Business Analyst, Tester even Lunch Delivery Woman.

Shine is a small, fast paced agency that focuses on hiring senior staff to deliver innovative work for a wide variety of clients. My role is to work alongside the Digital Creative Director and Account Managers to deliver outstanding digital work. I manage a project right from the initial briefing through to go live. My work involves scoping, wireframing, requirements and stakeholder management, as well as procuring third party developers, designers and other suppliers to work alongside Shine and the client. Along with the Account Managers I manage costs and timelines for all digital work.

Y&R NZ is a full service advertising agency that offers creative solutions to business problems; VML is the digital production side of the agency. My role was to work across all areas of the agency (creative, media, design and accounts) to offer digital insights, scope and cost requirements, lead internal and external project teams, deliver a broad spectrum of digital work and maintain ongoing client relationships. All the while maintaining a constant awareness of all areas of digital, big and small, and have a good understanding of the landscape of mobile, social, online, video, media and more.

M-Com is a world leading mobile commerce company that works with Financial Institutions worldwide to deliver mobile banking solutions to their Customers. My role was to work as a Business Analyst/Project Manager to scope out client requirements and work on documenting the development process, to manage client expectations and communicate with the development team and stakeholders about project status.
