In-vivo pharmacology researcher responsible for running preclinical studies, spanning proof of concept and disease model characterization through GLP IND-enabling studies. Experience supporting hepatic, ocular, and CNS programs for siRNA and AAV therapeutics using humanized and immunocompromised animal models. Core strengths include independent study execution, analysis, and data presentation; advanced technical skills across multiple species, training and process implementation; and protocol and SOP development in cross-functional settings. Complementary in-vitro experience includes ddPCR, RT-qPCR, ELISA, and Western blot, along with a strong focus on vivarium operations, technical training, process improvement, scientific rigor, and animal welfare.
