I have created this profile to help facilitate better relationships between myself and employers within the community. When I am looking for a potential employer for one of my consumers, I want to be sure to find the best fit for not just my consumer but for the employer as well. As much as it is my job to support my consumer, it is also my job to provide support to the employer. That being said, I would never ask an employer to consider a potential job candidate unless I firmly believed that my consumer would be a perfect fit for said job. If my placed consumer is struggling, I want my employers to know that they can contact me with their questions and concerns. That I am an active team member and will help facilitate meetings to problem-solve and determine the best course of action for the employer and the consumer.
